This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to encourage customer acquisition and contribute to the overall success of IDIS Americas brand and Sales development.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with and enhance the overall brand identity
- Modern prospecting methodologies and use of tools to mine for potential prospects, build and manage accurate lead pipeline, and maintain high volume of activity to grow customer acquisition
- Identify key contacts for prospecting and conduct baseline research for target accounts
- Methodically qualify sales/marketing leads generated based upon specific lead qualification criteria, analyzing level of interest and priority to determine business opportunity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead generation efforts with business goals and target audiences
- Track and analyze metrics, using data to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Utilize CRM and proven lead management processes, to provide accurate data to management ensuring seamless integration with the sales pipeline
- Provide and develop improved (Weekly/Monthly) reporting on opportunities and efforts to Management
- Influence new markets and innovative solutions leveraging IDIS’s solution and technology
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (or min 2 years relevant experience)
- Ability to understand and promote technical products and software offerings
- Ability to work independently and time manage effectively
- Experience with HubSpot and CRM software a plus, but will train if needed
- Solid understanding of media platforms and familiar with modern prospecting methodologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dodge Data, Govspend),
- Versed in Outlook 365 and Teams
- Extremely strong oral and written English communication skills/ bi-lingual encouraged but not required
